What should I do to rent a vehicle?
  • After completing your selections on our website www.apprentacar.com.tr, you can make a reservation by paying with your Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit card.
  • You can also make a reservation by calling +90 224 234 0 555.
Do you accept payments other than credit cards?
  • No. We do not accept cash, debit cards or virtual cards.
Can I pay with someone else's credit card?
  • No. The credit card used for payment must match the driver's information.
Can I pay at the office?
  • There is an option to pay at the office on our website.
  • You can make a reservation with payment at the office by phone (+90 224 234 0 555).
  • This option may not be available during busy periods, so early reservation is recommended.

Reservation Confirmation, Cancellation and Changes 

How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?
  • When your reservation is confirmed, confirmation details will be sent to you via email and SMS.
How can I cancel my reservation?
  • You can cancel your reservation by calling +90 224 234 0 555.
Cancellation and refund conditions:
  • If there are more than 24 hours remaining: Full refund.
  • If there are less than 24 hours remaining: One day's rental fee will be deducted.
  • If a guarantee package has been purchased: Free cancellation is available up to the last hour.
Refund process: Depending on interbank transaction times, the refund will be reflected on your credit card within 2-7 business days.

How can I change my reservation?
  • For vehicle group changes and additional services, please call +90 224 234 0 555.

Vehicle Pickup and Return

How can I pick up my reserved vehicle?
  • Simply come to our office with your driver's licence and credit card.
What should I pay attention to when picking up the vehicle?

Before signing the vehicle rental agreement:
  • You must have your driver's licence, ID card or passport with you.
  • You must have a credit card with a limit sufficient to cover the deposit and rental fee.
  • Your residential address and telephone number will be recorded in the agreement.
  • Do not forget to take a copy of your agreement.

What should I do if I am given a different vehicle?
If the vehicle group you reserved is not available, you will be given a vehicle from a higher group (at no extra cost).
Things to pay attention to when picking up the vehicle:
  • Check the mileage.
  • Record any damage or defects with the authorities.
  • Get information about safety equipment and accessories.
How can I return the vehicle?
  • Simply return the vehicle to the office where you rented it.
  • If you wish to return it in a different city, you can do so by paying a one-way delivery fee.

Payment, Insurance, and Mileage Rules

Can I pay in installments?
  • No.
How are motorway tolls paid?
  • All our vehicles are equipped with HGS.
  • Toll fees are charged to your credit card at the end of the rental period.
  • If you pay in cash at the HGS booth, duplicate payments may occur. To avoid this situation, cash payments should not be made.
Is there a mileage limit?
  • A mileage limit applies to daily and monthly rentals.
  • Additional fees may apply in case of exceeding the limit.
Is there traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance?

All our vehicles are equipped with traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance.

Comprehensive insurance deductibles:
  • Economy: 15,000₺
  • Mid-range: 20,000₺
  • Upper-SUV: 25,000₺
  • Premium: 40,000₺

Damage, Accidents and Emergencies

What should I do in the event of a traffic accident?
  • You should notify the authorities by calling +90 224 234 0 555.
Collision with a stationary vehicle or collision with a parked vehicle:
  • Do not move the vehicle; contact the police/gendarmerie and obtain an accident report.
In the event of a collision, if any of the following circumstances apply:
  • Use of a vehicle without a driver or driver's licence
  • Suspicion of alcohol or mental health issues on the part of the driver
  • Damage to public property or public vehicles
  • Damage to third-party property
  • One of the vehicles does not have traffic insurance
  • Death or injury in the accident
In these cases, you must contact the nearest police or gendarmerie station without moving the vehicle.
In accidents with material damage, if the above conditions do not apply, an Accident Report Form must be completed.

My vehicle has broken down, what should I do?
  • Call +90 224 234 0 555 to notify our office.
  • Vehicle replacement will be provided within the service limits.

Additional Services and Guarantee Packages

Mini + Package
  • Reduces the deductible by 25%.
  • No report is required for bodywork, tyre or glass damage to the vehicle within the 7,500 TL declaration limit.
Gold + Package
  • Reduces the deductible by 50%.
  • No report is required for any bodywork, tyre, or glass damage that may occur to the vehicle within the 7,500 TL declaration limit.
  • Optional Liability Insurance is included.
Platinum + Package
  • The deductible is completely waived.
  • No report is required for bodywork, tyre, or glass damage within the 10,000 TL declaration limit.
  • Optional Liability Insurance (2,000,000 TL coverage), Personal Accident Insurance, and Cancellation Protection are included.
Young Driver Package
  • Offered to users who do not meet the minimum age and driving licence requirements for vehicle rental.
  • The age and driving licence duration limits can be relaxed for an additional fee.
Additional Driver Package
  • Allows the vehicle to be used by persons other than the renter.
  • Additional drivers must also be included in the contract.
KM Package (Extra Kilometre Package)
  • Allows you to increase your kilometre limit by 500 km during the rental period.
  • A maximum of 4 can be purchased.
Cancellation Guarantee Package
  • Provides the right to cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before the reservation time.
Tyre/Window Insurance
Covers one instance of tyre or window damage on the vehicle without requiring a report, within the declared limit.
